1 Introduction

Isavia ANS and Isavia Domestic inform of planned decommissioning of Elliðavatn (EL) NDB.

Y190 and Y193 are connected to the EL NDB, but an RNAV Waypoint will be installed in place of the EL before it will be decommissioned.
